Ndaro-ini factory was built in 1984 by a group of producers who were tired of traveling long distances to deliver cherries. They named the factory Ndaro-ini meaning “Place of rest”. Farmers in this area benefit from favorable climatic circumstances, which allow the cherries to mature and fully develop over a longer period of time, resulting in hard, dense beans.
