Amilcar Roney Flores is one of the sons of Roman Flores and has been learning from his father how to work with coffee. This year is his first year working this closely with his father Roman. Roman has continually reinvested what he has made back into building infrastructure on his farm and processing site.
Now he has began to pass his skills onto his sons.
